Project description

Client: Major Hungarian producer of meat-based products
Location: Hungary
Sector: Food industry
Intervention: Installation of industrial resin flooring

Sirec installed the resin flooring inside a new production plant in Hungary, dedicated to the processing of meat-based food products. A complex project, developed in an industrial context that requires high hygienic and sanitary standards, resistance, and operational safety, typical of the food industry. The project involved the use of resin systems specifically designed for production environments subject to mechanical and chemical stress, as well as frequent washing and sanitization cycles.

Operational phases

The intervention was carried out following a complete application cycle, carefully managed in every detail by Sirec’s specialized technicians:

  • Substrate preparation, essential to ensure adhesion and long-term durability
  • Installation of the resin flooring, selected according to the production needs of the plant
  • Creation of elastic perimeter covings and joints, to ensure surface continuity, hygiene, and ease of cleaning

Each phase was planned to comply with site schedules and the technical specifications required by the client.

Technical characteristics of the flooring

The installed resin flooring guarantees:

  • Continuous surfaces free of joints and grooves
  • High mechanical and chemical resistance
  • Non-toxic and waterproof materials
  • Ease of cleaning and sanitization, in compliance with the HACCP protocol
  • An appropriate level of slip resistance, ensuring operator safety

Solutions designed to protect product quality, food safety for the end consumer, and the efficiency of working environments. This project confirms Sirec’s ability to operate internationally, offering high-performance industrial resin flooring for the food sector.
An intervention that reflects the company’s consolidated experience in the design and installation of reliable, durable technical surfaces that comply with current regulations.
