Implementation of klinker flooring in  a Parmigiano Reggiano  cheese factory. Before and after.

SIREC applies klinker and/or industrial porcelain floors and wall tiles to meet  our customers requirements.

We have been involved in the renovation of this Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory and 

•  We removed the existing flooring made of red porcelaine tiles
•   we made the new technical mortar screed on which the new industrial klinker tile flooring was laid
•  in order to provide continuity, we made the perimeter joints the same as the floor including the application of the special pieces to create a uniform surface.

Result:

• a continuous surface thanks to epoxy resin sealing and the use of skirting boards, angles, floor and wall fittings, fittings that totally unify the industrial environment
• maximum safety of hygiene
• non-slip
• resistance to temperature changes, aggressive agents of processing residues and sanitizing products.
