Project description

The firm shown in these photos is a long-established business that has been producing traditional charcuterie for over 80 years in the Parma area; in particular, it needed to create a white chamber/sterile cleanroom for slicing and packing its products, for which aseptic conditions in which no microorganisms harmful to human health can develop are required. In this, as in other case histories, we laid an EPOXIBETON epoxy resin slab with a smooth FINISHPOL polyurethane resin finish, thus making for greater ease of cleaning and sanitising the flooring.
